I am always trying to eat more vegetables. We are all agreed that increasing the amount of fruit and veg is good for us. This green smoothie hits the spot for refreshment and is packed full of good stuff.
Ingredients – serves 2
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of kale
- Handful of blueberries – I use frozen
- 1 x banana
- 1 x apple decored
- 250ml water
- 1 x tablespoon of peanut butter
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if it is too thick.
